Directions & Parking
By car, we are located just off of the B1393 Epping High Road. Turn onto Theydon Road
signposted Ivy Chimneys & Theydon Bois and turn left at the first bend – we are adjacent to
The Forest Gate Inn and are just 10 minutes from the M11 junction 7.
The car park is adjacent to the restaurant, located immediately in front of the main entrance.
The nearest train station is Epping, which is zone 6 on the London Underground Central Line
and only 40 minutes from central London. A taxi rank and bus stop are located at the station
and buses stop just a short walk away from the restaurant.
The nearest airport is London Stansted which is 30 minutes away via the M11 motorway.
Please be considerate of this independent small business and provide as much notice as possible should you need to cancel your reservation. Please note, credit or debit card details are required to secure all reservations on Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings and Sunday lunchtimes. These details are also required for special days throughout the year including, but not limited to, Mother’s Day, Easter Sunday and Father’s Day. A table cannot be held without them. Charges will be made to the card in the event of no-shows and cancellations within 24 hours of the seating time if a table cannot be filled. The charge will be £35.00 per person.
